Effective Date: February 28, 2005. PreschoolFirst.com is an online play-based curriculum and observational tool, owned by The Source for Learning, Inc. (SFL), a non-profit Virginia corporation (“PreschoolFirst.com”). PreschoolFirst.com's website allows teachers, parents or caregivers to record and analyze observations of play or individual behaviors of children. PreschoolFirst.com is not a diagnostic tool and should not be used as one. PreschoolFirst.com is intended for use by schools, school districts, school administrators, faculty, parents and legal guardians. Registrants for PreschoolFirst.com must provide certain personally identifiable information to use PreschoolFirst.com. The Registrant monitors and controls access to the Registrant's account by teachers, parents, caregivers and others. PreschoolFirst.com takes privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how PreschoolFirst.com collects, protects and uses information we collect from you, including personally identifiable information as described below. From time to time, we may collect information via a survey on our website, but that information will not be linked individually to you, your school, your students or their parents. Cookies. At present, PreschoolFirst.com's use of “cookies” is limited, but we reserve the right to expand our use of cookies in the future. Residual information may remain in our archives and records, and although we may notify you of major changes to our service from time to time, you agree that Preschoolfirst.com may revise the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time with or without prior notice, and your continued use of Preschoolfirst.com constitutes your acknowledgement that you understand and accept these terms.
